Your 4 days Morocco tour will start in the morning with you being picked up from Mohammed V International Airport, your hotel, or anywhere you’re in Casablanca by one of our awesome local tour guides (prepare to be entertained – these guys are always up for a laugh)!

On our first morning, we will drive to Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, the largest Mosque in Morocco and the 7th largest globally. Then, go to Rabat to explore the Hassan Tower. The minaret of an incomplete mosque. Here, you will also get to visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V.

After having lunch in Rabat, we will head to Fes. Tonight, you can have dinner in the Medina of Fez. Sleep in a beautiful Riad in the Medina.

Total driving distance: Around 331 km.
Total driving time: Around 4 hr 17 min.

After a delicious breakfast in your Riad, we leave Fes behind, driving to Merzouga desert. Our first destination will be Ifrane, a beautiful town in the Middle Atlas Mountains. It’s often referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco. After a quick stop here, we carry on driving across the Middle Atlas Mountains. We will stop in a cedar forest for a while to watch some rare Barbary macaques in the wild. Lunch will be in a restaurant somewhere along the way. Then, continue traveling to the desert via the Tizi N Telghemt and along the Ziz Valley.

Arrive at Merzouga town ( a small village on the edge of Erg Chebbi Dunes ) late afternoon. Here, your camels and the guide will be waiting to take you across the Sahara desert to your desert camp. On the way to your camp, you will stop in a high dune to watch a calm sunset over the giant Sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Then, carry on the ride.

You will be greeted by a cup of tea once you arrive at the camp. Relax in your private tent before dinner time. After an appetizing dinner, you will get a seat around a campfire with Berbers. Listen to some Berber music, and share the culture while looking under a starry sky.

Total driving distance: Around 500 km.
Total driving time: Around 7 hr 30 min.

Today, an early wake-up is highly recommended to watch the golden fingers of sunlight lit up the scene. Enjoy a yummy breakfast at your camp. Leave the camp either by camels again or by a 4×4 car.

If today is Tuesday or Thursday, or Sunday, we can visit a traditional Moroccan souk in Rissani. Then, drive to Tinghir. We will stop at a panoramic view over palm trees and Berber villages. Continue driving along the Todra river until we reach the deep Todra Canyon. Enjoy a walk under these 300 meters high cliffs.

After that, we will drive to our last destination today, the Dades Gorges. Here, we will visit an area that was at the bottom of the sea millions of years ago. The place contains great quantities of sediments. You will also get to enjoy a panoramic view of a snaky road before heading to your hotel.

Total driving distance: Around 310 km.
Total driving time: Around 5 hr.

On the final day of your 4 days desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, we will start our journey to Marrakech after a delightful breakfast in your hotel.

First, we will drive to Ouarzazate via the city of Kalaat M’Gouna, which is known for its valley that gets full of roses during spring. In Ouarzazate, we will drive to Atlas Studio (the world’s biggest film set) that you can visit (optional).

Second, we drive to the ancient Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a striking example of Morocco’s southern architecture. The fortified town was the setting for many famous films such as Prince of Persia, Lawrence of Arabia, The Mummy, and Gladiator. It even became the city of Yunkai in Game of Thrones.

Third, after exploring the Kasbah, we will drive to Marrakech through the landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains and over the Tizi-N-Tichka pass, which reaches an altitude of 2260 meters (7415 ft) high from the sea level. My husband and I went on this 4 days Morocco tour, and we absolutely loved it. We worked with Mohamed, who was amazingly helpful throughout our trip! We explored Casablanca, Rabat, and Fes. Then, we did a desert tour from Fes to Marrakech, which was the highlight! The scenery was spectacular, and the accommodations that Mohamed worked out for us were fantastic (especially the desert camp). I can’t recommend Morocco Fabulous Travel highly enough!!

We had an excellent trip to Morocco, all thanks to Morocco Fabulous Travel. They took the highest care of us from the minute we landed. We had a knowledgeable guide. He added the personal touch that I will forever remember. We saw things that we would never have if we were doing the trip on our own. I would recommend adding another night in the desert to have more time in this unbelievable place. That made a world of difference, in my opinion. We can’t imagine doing this Morocco trip on our own. MFT had everything planned and organized. We always felt safe and cared for. If you are considering traveling to Morocco, look no more. You HAVE TO go with Morocco Fabulous Travel! Trust me! You will NOT be disappointed.

WOW! Where to start… the best trip of my life. Everything was perfect and went far beyond what I was expecting. We had the most amazing experience everywhere we went, and the trip was so well planned. The experience in the desert was really incredible, the crew made us feel at home all the time. I’m SO happy I worked with Mohamed and his team to create this truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. I will highly recommend them to all my friends.
