Cancellation Policy

At Morocco Fabulous Travel, we have outlined our cancellation and payment policies to ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience.

Payment Process

To secure your booking, a small deposit payment is required. The remaining balance should be settled on the first day of your tour. The specific deposit amount is determined by our management and is influenced by the service nature and the time remaining before the tour starts.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation fees cover the direct costs incurred when amending or canceling your reservation.

  • By making a reservation through our website, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.

  • A booking contract between you and Morocco Fabulous Travel is established only when we receive the required deposit and send a confirmation email.

  • The lead traveler making the reservation is responsible for accepting these conditions on behalf of all members of their travel party.

  • All communication regarding cancellations or amendments must come from the lead traveler.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via the customer contact form and confirmed by Morocco Fabulous Travel before further action can be taken.

  • Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed promptly, and the deposit will be refunded to the same credit card used for booking. Please note that we cannot control any potential delays in the reimbursement delivery.

  • The cancellation policy is based on the original booking departure date.

Cancellation of Private Tours

  • Notify us in writing if you need to cancel your private tour due to any reason, avoidable or unavoidable.

  • Cancellation charges become effective upon our receipt of your written notification.

  • During the Low & Medium Season (January 05th to February 28th, June 01st to September 30th, November 01st to December 20th):

    Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% deposit refund or 100% future travel credit (excluding reservation fees).

    Cancellations within 6 days or less of the tour date will not be eligible for a deposit refund.

  • During the High Season (March 01st to May 31st, October 01st to October 31st, December 21st to January 04th):

    Cancellations made at least 15 days before the tour date are eligible for a 100% deposit refund or 100% future travel credit (excluding reservation fees).

    Cancellations within 14 days or less of the tour date will not be eligible for a deposit refund.

Cancellation of Shared Tours

  • If you need to cancel your small shared tour, please notify us in writing.

  • Cancellation charges take effect upon our receipt of your written notification.

  • A 100% cancellation fee will be imposed if the booking is canceled 2 days or less before the departure date.
